Honestly I have never seen The Slope, but the lesbian truths and laughs one seemed just a bit iffy in a way. Especially with the character considering going for her mom’s wishes to try to be straight. Even though it was done reluctantly and she only wanted to make her mom happy. But still……… I would love to see a show/movie where gay people, especially gay women are taken seriously. A story where people who are gay, are actually shown exactly like how it is in real life; that they are truly GAY. Also with the whole “old-fashioned lesbianism/gayism” or “changing sexualities” didn’t make any sense. Sexuality doesn’t change. You are who you are.
